Hausco is a licensed heating and air conditioning company based in Alvin, TX. We opened our doors in 2024, but the hands-on work behind the name started long before that. Our founder has been working in air conditioning since 2006, and every repair, installation, and maintenance visit Hausco performs today draws on those years in the field.

Hausco’s story starts in 2006, when our founder went to work in the air conditioning trade. He learned the work on real systems in real homes, earned his HVAC license, and kept building his skills year after year. Over nearly two decades, he worked on air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, ductwork, and ventilation, gaining the kind of experience that only comes from solving problems every day.
In 2024, he took that experience and opened Hausco. Running his own company means every customer gets the benefit of his full background and the way he believes HVAC service should be done. When you call Hausco, you are not calling a faceless operation. You are calling a local company owned by someone who has spent his career in this trade.

We Answer the Phone and Show Up Fast
One of the biggest frustrations with HVAC companies is waiting. You wait for a callback, you wait for an appointment, and then you wait for a technician who shows up days later. Hausco works hard to avoid that. When you call, we aim to have a technician out the same day or within 24 hours.
Our office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday. We also take emergency calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If your system fails in the middle of the night or over a weekend, you can still reach us. After-hours calls come with an additional fee, and we let you know about it before we come out.
Straightforward Pricing and Payment
We believe you should understand what you are paying for before any work begins. Your technician will explain what he found and walk you through the cost of the repair or installation, so you can decide how you want to move forward.
For most jobs, payment is due when the work is complete. For larger repairs or installations that require us to order equipment, we collect a deposit to secure the parts, and the remaining balance is due once the work is finished. That keeps the process simple and fair for everyone.
Our Work Does Not Stop When the Job Is Finished
At Hausco, finishing the installation is not the last step. When we install new equipment, we register it for its 10-year warranty so that coverage is officially on file. That way, if a covered part fails down the road, you are protected.
A few days after every job, we also follow up with a quality control check. We want to confirm that your system is running the way it should and that you are satisfied with the work. If anything needs attention, we take care of it. That follow-up is one of the ways we build lasting relationships with the customers we serve.
Helping Customers Stay Ahead of Problems
We would rather help you prevent a breakdown than fix one in the middle of a heat wave. That is why we offer a yearly maintenance contract for $175. It includes two service visits per year with a condenser cleaning on both visits, 10 percent off repairs, and expedited service when you need help. Regular maintenance keeps your system running efficiently and gives us the chance to catch small issues before they turn into costly ones.
